Our private personal training facility in Florence, Kentucky is the result of over 10 years of competitive strength and bodybuilding environments. No frills or gimmicks, this gym is all anyone needs to build strength, develop their physique, and improve their cardiovascular conditioning. All training including cardio is personally monitored and directed, supervised and motivated. We are adding new equipment monthly as the membership grows!

XenoFit is a private strength and bodybuilding training facility,
