Steven was facing multiple weight rated health warnings, adopted a lifestyle change of reduced calorie & high protein intake, strength training, proactive cardio such as raquetball and stationary cardio.
Despite several mobility limitations and pain points, he has been able to decrease his fat free mass by 80lbs and increase his lean body mass by 20lbs during this time.
Individualized Goals, Training and Nutrition
All clients receive an individualized monthly goal, with the steps and tools needed to reach it. Accountability is on both sides of the coach/client relationship. As such, as a client you will be required to provide proof daily cardio, calorie counting, or other variables.
