XenoFit client Zachary 10 Month Recomposition.
Zach initially committed to fat loss, losing 1-2 lbs a week down to about 165 lbs in 4 months. Calories around 2000 a day, body weight in protein minimum. 5 day a week training, cardio daily.
He then had to undergo surgery to remove a Nuss Bar from his chest, upon recovery we had to carefully reintegrate movements that wouldn't aggravate the recovery process.
Took a 2 month training hiatus.
Resuming training with a bodyweight exercise focus in mode
Individualized Goals, Training and Nutrition
All clients receive an individualized monthly goal, with the steps and tools needed to reach it. Accountability is on both sides of the coach/client relationship. As such, as a client you will be required to provide proof daily cardio, calorie counting, or other variables.
